Club Odanak’s cross-cultural cuisine

At this outfitter, located in La Tuque in Haute-Mauricie, fusion is king in the kitchen. And for good reason: the restaurant’s chef (and a pre-eminent trapper in the region!), who hails from France, decided to put his expertise to work by combining French, Quebec and Aboriginal fine cuisine. The result: a cross-cultural menu that has enhanced the reputation of this resort owned by the Wemotaci Aboriginal community. The site also allows guests to become familiar with their customs and traditions.
