The owners of la Terre des Bisons in Rawdon are committed to offering quality products and by-products. Raising pasture-grazed animals produces high-quality meat, which Josée Toupin, Alain Demontigny and their son Jean-Philippe, the successor to the family business, make a point of selling directly to customers in their shop. Guided visits are available upon reservation and for groups, providing detailed explanations of the farm and its livestock farming, which added wapiti in 2012.
