BESIDE Habitat is driven by two simple but ambitious goals: to preserve nature and connect people to it. The project protects 900 acres of natural heritage in the Lanaudière region. Only an hour from Montreal, with its two lakes, its kilometers of trails, its peaks and its rock walls, it is a territory that invites contemplation.
Your stay helps preserve and protect this park, but we hope it does wonders for you too. Soak up the quiet strength of the massive trees and breathe in the eternal magic of a good old campfire.
A favorite spot for relaxation and rejuvenation, La Source Bains Nordiques inspires a sense of well-being from the moment you arrive. Located on the mountainside, in the heart of a peaceful forest, the thermotherapy facilities, massage therapy, and aesthetic treatments are brilliantly dispersed in total immersion in nature to optimize the relaxation experience.
Everything is done to ensure the appeasement of the body and mind: the contemporary architecture that perfectly incorporates the surrounding nature, the scents of essential oils released by the wet sauna, the succulent healthy menu made from Quebec’s local products, and the layout of relaxation areas to respect the silence and privacy of each guest. That’s why this spa is among the most renowned in Quebec; one simply feels good there!
